Our goal was to build a new 1920’s beach house which would blend with the surrounding properties. We wanted an open floor plan that would incorporate traditional cabinetry and period details with modern conveniences. Simmons achieved this goal. Their imaginative ideas took full advantage of the land and maximized the water views in the final home’s design. Their commitment to detail and quality craftsmanship extends throughout our home.
